What is this app?

The LEV Calculator is an educational tool that estimates your personal probability of reaching Longevity Escape Velocity — the point at which medical progress outpaces aging and remaining life expectancy stops declining. You enter your current age and health status, and the calculator projects your conditional survival probability across four expert scenarios for when LEV might arrive: an optimistic 2039, a likely 2055, a moderate 2076, and a pessimistic 2100+. Beyond the calculator, the site includes a guide to the five core longevity pillars — sleep, exercise, diet, meditation, and relationships — a directory of biomarker testing kits and wearables, and an overview of cryonics as a last-resort option.

The model uses a logistic survival curve anchored to health-adjusted life-expectancy baselines (Excellent 92, Good 86, Average 80, Poor 72). For each scenario it computes the probability you are still alive when therapies arrive.

Who is it for?

This is built for the longevity community — biohackers, life-extensionists, health optimizers, and anyone curious about whether science will arrive in time. Whether you're already tracking your biomarkers and training your VO₂max, or just starting to think seriously about how long you might live, the calculator gives you a grounded, numbers-based sense of where you stand and what you can do to improve your odds.

Who builds it?

I am someone who wants to escape death and accelerate the speed of longevity advancement. I built this small website as a teaser while I finish my main project: wontdie.com, scheduled to be released on September 15, 2026.

The goal is simple — to make the science of staying alive approachable, measurable, and motivating. If the calculator helps even one person take their health seriously enough to reach LEV, it has done its job.
